This position will supervise and perform the following tasks: retrieval and updating of passenger data from the Sabre system associated with all aspects of ticketing domestic and international reservations; processing of passenger manifests; delivering flight operations paperwork to the flight crews; coordinating passenger boarding; coordinating with ramp leads; coordinating with client's on site station manager; and aircraft cabin cleaning. Also responsible for the supervision of reconciliation of cash drawers, credit cards, vouchers from all agents assigned to their shift. Must approve bi-weekly time sheets, monitor tardies and absences, and approve or deny trade days and scheduled time off. |
| Required skills and experience: | High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Associate’s degree preferred. Must have minimum of five years aviation experience or a combination of related experience and education. Prior airline experience preferred. Must attend and pass required training. Excellent grammar and spelling skills. Ability to communicate effectively and respond verbally and in writing to management and peers. Must have excellent word processing skills and computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products. Experience with common office equipment (fax machine, copier, color printer, etc.). Must exercise initiative and judgment, with the ability to make mature decisions within a scope of assigned authority. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment. |

| Position Description / Objective: | Avionics Technicians perform Line Maintenance, troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft avionics problems and perform occasional avionics bench work. Avionics Technicians also perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft and component inspections with some general ramp service for customer aircraft in a FAR Part 145 Repair Station Environment. Additional duties as assigned by the shift Lead. |
| Required skills and experience: | High school graduate or GED. FCC General Radiotelephone Operator’s license preferred. Valid FAA Airframe and/or Power Plant certificate desired. Boeing 737 experience preferred with preference given to those with past FAR Part 145 Repair Station experience. Experience in wire harness build-up and breakout boxes for troubleshooting a plus. Ability to move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Ability to stand on ladders for up to two hours. Possess a valid Alaska driver’s license with good driving record for past five years. Regular attendance, occasional overtime and shift work is required. |
